Tools

RECTANGLE TYPE RECTIFIER “BL”

These rectangular tools contain diamond particles mixed and bonded with a metal matrix. Due to their composition, they maintain very consistent cutting power because they continually release new cutting points.

APPLICATION
They are indicated for grinding flat surface grinding wheels with a grain size between 40 and 80, mainly on centerless machines where large surface grinding wheels are used.

CYLINDRICAL GRINDER TYPE “GR”

GR-type tools are provided with a cylindrical agglomerate-like insert containing diamond particles mixed and bonded with a metal matrix. Due to their composition, they maintain very consistent cutting power because they continually release new cutting points.

APPLICATION
Suitable for diamond dressing of ceramic wheels in general.

MULTIPLE TYPE RECTIFIER “MU”

These dressers contain one, two, or five layers of round diamonds and are manufactured in various sizes. They are arranged according to a template and according to the diameter of the tool.

APPLICATION
They are especially suitable for grinding coarse-grained and large-surface grinding wheels, as well as for removing large abrasive surfaces. ASINSA manufactures tools with positioned diamonds, but in rectangular geometry. Called BL-MU, they are single-layer tools with 16 natural diamond needles. Dimensions: 15x12x10.

SINGLE-POINT RECTIFIER “DB”

A single natural rough diamond, set in a steel support. For optimal performance, the diamond must be angled 15° against the wheel. ASINSA has stone-cutting machinery to achieve facets on DB single-point diamonds.

“DT” TILE TYPE RECTIFIER

These tiles are made with diamond powder and also with natural diamond needles. They are suitable for both profiling and surface grinding of abrasive wheels, especially for large-scale machines.

RULINA TYPE RECTIFIER “DI”

Natural diamond grinding wheels with radially placed needles, protruding from the periphery of the tool. Their shape allows new diamonds to be positioned in the working position.

“DHL” MANUAL LAPPERS

This hand tool is an important addition to any machining shop. Manual retouching of carbide or steel tools is common. They are manufactured with resin-based and metallic bonds.
