The base of these binders is treated resins and filling loads. They are low hardness binders, that allow rapid and cold grindings. It is advisable to work with them with cooling, but if it is not the case, then there are binders that allow obtaining in dry a good rectification . It is important not to keep very high temperatures during the rectification in dry, since the binders burn and peel and loose their properties.
ASINSA, has a range of binders, to be able to offer in every case the best choice. The last generation of ASINSA binders is designed to support the works with CUTTING OIL as cooling.
For a good election of a wheel, it is important the combination between: Size of the abrasive, be Diamond or CBN, and the binder, being dry, wet, stands profile or CNC. The concentration, depending on the work and size of the abrasive. And it is important the Speed of cut with regard to the diameter of the millstone and the parameters of the machine that is being used.
