The METALLIC binders are principally with BRONZE BASE.
The METALLIC binders are always more resistant to the wear that the RESINOID, but the millstones have a much harder behaviour and softened in its cut. They are adapted for cases in which definite shapes are needed, or material profiles of a high effect abrasive on the binder. It is important to use them with cooling.
It is necessary to bear in mind the weight of the wheels, given that that the supports are used to be of soft iron or treated in origin.
Some applications for these binders are: DIFFICULT MATERIALS to mechanize, rectified glass items ,PORCELAIN CERAMICS and applications in OPTICAL INDUSTRY.
