ASINSA RESINOID BINDERS
The BASE of these binders are treated RESINS and filler fillers. They are low in hardness binders which allows fast and cold grinding. It is advisable to work them with coolant, but if this is not the case, there are binders that allow a good grinding to be achieved dry. It is important not to maintain very high temperatures during dry grinding, as the binders burn and shell and lose their properties.
ASINSA has a range of binders, in order to offer the best choice in each case. The latest generation of ASINSA binders are designed to withstand work with cutting oil as a coolant.
For a good choice of wheel, the combination between the size of the abrasive, whether Diamond or CBN, the binder, whether dry, wet, profile resistance or CNC is important. The concentration, depending on the job and the size of the abrasive. And the Cutting Speed is important with respect to the diameter of the wheel and the parameters of the machine to be used.
