Who we are
Industrial Association, SL ASINSA was founded in January 1994 after a long history of its founders in the world of super abrasives. It manufactures all types of diamond wheels, ceramic tools, and diamond pastes for polishing materials for the domestic and export markets. ASINSA’s main assets are our customers and our qualified personnel, along with cutting-edge technology, dedicated machinery, and quality suppliers loyal to the project.
Infrastructure
Located in the town of Centelles, in the region of Osona, ASINSA has a total area of 800 m² for its facilities. Offices, workshop and warehouses fill this production site to offer a quality product destined for the metal‑mechanical industry and the sharpening of cutting tools for the wood industry. Disciplined with Quality, compliant with environmental and occupational safety standards, we ensure the future of ASINSA.
The Production
The diamond and Borazon (CBN) wheels, the tools with natural diamond and the pastes for the polishing of materials are ASINSA’s three main manufacturing lines. Computerised systems – application studies – presses with programmers – CNC turning – optical profiling and grinding and a wide range of verification tools ensure the quality and prestige of our brand.
